New Bedroom!!

About two weeks before Kaylee was born Tony started feeling bad because Kaylee was not going to have her own room. So he decided we were going to add us a bedroom on to our house and give Kaylee our bedroom. Plus all the stuff from the baby shower, her crib and all her other stuff started taking up all the space in our already little house. For those who have never been to our house it's 24'x24'. It has one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a small living room, and a laundry room big enough for the washer and dryer. Perfect size for us when it was just Tony & I, but add a baby and all her things and it has gotten small real quick. We had already planned to add on to our house and have already laid the block, but when we lost all those chickens it set us back. It's going to cost more money than we have right now to add the big part on. (It's going to be two floors and shaped like a barn. We tore down an old house and got a lot of heart pine wood that we want to use in our house.) So we are just going to add us a bedroom for now and when we get enough saved up for the big part we will start back on it. Here are a couple pictures of the block Tony laid for the foundation on our bedroom.


Kaylee had to come check and see if Daddy was doing it right. :)
